جواب: شریعتِ مطہرہ میں نکاح کے من جملہ اغراض ومقاصد میں سے ایک اہم مقصد توالد وتناسل ہے، اور اولاد کی کثرت مطلوب اور محمود ہے، یہی وجہ ہے کہ حدیثِ مبارک میں زیادہ بچہ جننے والی عورت سے نکاح کرنے کی ترغیب دی گئی ہے، فیملی پلاننگ کا مروجہ منصوبہ منشاءِ شریعت کے خلاف ہے۔
اس خطرہ کے پیش نظر کہ بچے زیادہ ہوں گے تو ان کے معاش کا انتظام کیسے ہوگا، فیملی پلاننگ کرنا حرام ہے، زمانہ جاہلیت میں رزق کی کمی کے خدشہ سے اپنی اولاد کو قتل کردیا کرتے تھے، آج کی فیملی پلاننگ بھی اس تصور کی ایک مہذب تصویر ہے۔

نمبر1۔ عورت اتنی کم زور ہو کہ حمل کا بوجھ اٹھانے کی استطاعت نہ ہو، حمل اور درد زہ کی تکالیف جھیلنے کی سکت نہ ہو یا بچہ کی ولادت کے بعد شدید کم زوری اور نقاہت لاحق ہونے کا اندیشہ ہو۔
نمبر2۔ دو بچوں کے درمیان اس غرض سے مناسب وقفہ کے لیے کہ بچے کو ماں کی صحیح نگہداشت مل سکے، اور دوسرے بچے کا حمل ٹھہرنے کی وجہ سے پہلے بچے کے لیے ماں کا دودھ مضراور نقصان دہ نہ بنے۔

نیز مذکورہ اعذار کی صورت میں مانعِ حمل تدابیر اختیار کرنے کی تو اجازت ہے، لیکن حمل چار ماہ کا ہوجانے کے بعد اسے ساقط کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔
