Consultation Information
When seeking medical consultation, please clearly provide your name, complete address including house number, area and city, along with your mobile number or email address in Urdu or English.
While requesting consultation, please clearly mention the beginning of the illness, current condition, previous treatment, medicines currently being used, and any precautions or dietary restrictions.
Medicine Orders
If you wish to order the medicines recommended during consultation, please note that medicines will not be supplied for less than one month. For repeat orders, please share the previous prescription and the results experienced after using the medicines supplied by us, so that necessary changes or additions can be made.
Prices & Payments
All previous medicine prices should be considered cancelled, as market rates may change at any time. Al Shifa Natural Herbal Dawakhana will increase medicine prices only when necessary. Please trust us in this matter or confirm prices by phone before ordering.
Payment for medicines must be deposited in advance into the company bank account or JazzCash. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Returns, Exchange & Complaints
For medicine safety, sold medicines cannot be returned or exchanged. Legitimate complaints will be addressed, InshaAllah. If any medicine is mistakenly sent short, we will be responsible for sending the remaining medicine.
Courier & Delivery
Medicines are sent through courier, usually TCS. Parcels are packed with great care. After parcel booking, Al Shifa Natural Herbal Dawakhana will not be responsible for shortage, breakage, leakage or packing damage caused during courier handling.
If there is any complaint after receiving the parcel, please do not send the parcel back. Contact Al Shifa Natural Herbal Dawakhana directly. Complaints will not be accepted after five days of receiving the parcel.
Orders are usually dispatched within three days after receiving the order. Domestic delivery is normally completed within two days. International delivery may take fifteen to twenty days. We will not be responsible for courier delays or loss.

شرائط و ضوابط
طبی مشورہ کے وقت اردو یا انگریزی میں اپنا نام اور مکمل ایڈریس، ہاؤس نمبر، ایریا، شہر کا نام اور رابطہ کیلئے موبائل نمبر یا ای میل ضرور لکھیں۔
طبی مشورہ طلب فرماتے وقت مرض کی ابتدا، موجودہ کیفیت، سابقہ علاج، زیر استعمال ادویہ، پرہیز اور احتیاطیں واضح تحریر فرمائیے۔ مشورے کے ساتھ اگر تجویز کی گئی ادویہ منگوانا ہوں تو دوا ایک ماہ سے کم نہیں ملے گی۔ تجویز کردہ ادویہ دوبارہ منگوانے کی ضرورت محسوس ہو تو سابقہ نسخہ ضرور بتائیں اور جو ادویہ ہم سے منگوائی گئی ہیں ان کے پیداشدہ نتائج کا ذکر ضرور کریں تاکہ دوبارہ بھیجنے والی ادویہ میں تبدیلی یا اضافہ کیا جا سکے۔
دوا کی پرانی قیمتیں منسوخ تصور فرمائیں کیونکہ کسی وقت بھی مارکیٹ ریٹ بڑھ سکتے ہیں۔ الشفاء نیچرل ہربل دوا خانہ ادویہ کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ انتہائی مجبوری کی حالت میں کرے گا۔ اس سلسلے میں ہم پر اعتماد فرمائیں یا بذریعہ فون قیمتوں کی تصدیق کر لیں۔
اگر مطلوبہ ادویہ غلطی سے کم بھیج دی گئی ہوں تو ہم بقایا ادویہ روانہ کرنے کے پابند ہوں گے۔ ادویہ کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانے کیلئے فروخت شدہ ادویہ واپس یا تبدیل نہیں کی جائیں گی۔ ان شاء اللہ جائز شکایات کا ازالہ کیا جائے گا۔
نوٹ: ادویہ کی قیمت کمپنی بینک اکاؤنٹ یا جاز کیش میں ایڈوانس جمع کروانا ہو گی۔ ہم کیش آن ڈلیوری نہیں کرتے۔
ادویہ بذریعہ کوریئر، ٹی سی ایس، پارسل بھیجی جاتی ہیں۔ پارسل نہایت احتیاط سے پیک کیے جاتے ہیں۔ الشفاء نیچرل ہربل دوا خانہ ادویہ پارسل بُکنگ کے بعد کمی، ٹوٹ پھوٹ، لیکیج یا پیکنگ کی خرابی سے بری الذمہ ہوگا۔
پارسل ملنے کے بعد اگر ادویہ سے متعلق کوئی شکایت ہو تو براہ کرم پارسل واپس نہ بھجوائیں بلکہ الشفاء نیچرل ہربل دوا خانہ کے نمبر پر رابطہ کریں۔ پارسل وصول ہونے کے پانچ روز بعد شکایات تسلیم نہیں کی جائیں گی۔ یاد رہے کہ ہمارا مقرر کردہ کوئی نمائندہ، فرنچائز، برانچ یا سیلز ایجنسی نہیں ہے۔
ادویہ کا آرڈر وصول ہونے کے بعد تین روز میں ٹی سی ایس پارسل روانہ کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ اندرون ملک ڈلیوری دو دن کے اندر ہوتی ہے۔ انٹرنیشنل بیرون ممالک پارسل ڈلیوری پندرہ سے بیس دن میں ہوتی ہے۔ کوریئر کی طرف سے تاخیر یا گمشدگی کیلئے ہم ذمہ دار نہیں ہوں گے۔
ادویہ کی قیمت ایڈوانس ادا کرنی ہوگی، وی پی پارسل نہیں بھیجیں گے۔
ادویہ ہمیشہ مستند معالج کے مشورے، تجویز کردہ مقدار، ہدایات، پرہیز اور غذا کے مطابق استعمال کریں۔ دوران علاج مضر اثرات کی صورت میں معالج سے رجوع کریں۔ ازالہ مرض کی کوشش معالج کا فرض ہے، طبی مشورہ نہایت ذمہ داری اور پیشہ ورانہ دیانتداری کے ساتھ دیا جاتا ہے۔ تاہم شفا دینے والا قادر مطلق ہے۔
ادویہ کے کسی قسم کے غلط استعمال، ری ایکشن یا سائیڈ ایفکٹس کے باعث جانی و مالی نقصان کا الشفاء نیچرل ہربل دوا خانہ، اس کے مالکان، انتظامیہ یا اسٹاف ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا۔ ادویہ بچوں کی پہنچ سے دور رکھیں۔
موجود ادویہ کے علاوہ مرکبات اور دیسی ادویات آپ کی خصوصی فرمائش پر تیار کروا کے روانہ کر سکتے ہیں۔
