افعال ۔ حابس الدم یعنی (خون روکتا ہے) قابض شدید جالی و محلل مقوی قوت باصرہ نافع اکثر امراض چشم ،مصفیٰ خون۔
استعمال ۔ فائدہ مند امراض چشم ومقوی بصر ہونے کی وجہ سے اس کو آب بادیاں میں پکا کر یا پیاز کے اندر ڈال کر بھوبھل میں پکانے کے بعد مقشر کرکے تنہایا دیگرادویہ کے ہمراہ استعمال کرتے ہیں۔جالی ومحلل ہونے کی وجہ سے اکتحالاًوذروراًاکثر امراض چشم مثلاًضعف بصررمدجرب الاجفان حابس الدم ہونے کی وجہ سے چاکسو کو صندل سفید پانچ گرام کے ہمراہ رات کو پانی میں بھگو دیں۔صبح کو اس زلال لے کر بول الدم کلوی کیلئے پلانا خصوصی طور پر مفید ہے۔
